Support
Write to support@loop31.com. A person reads every message. During the beta we answer within a business day, usually sooner.
What to include
The more of this you can send, the faster we can help:
- the email address you sign in with;
- your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About);
- what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot, if there is something to see. Please cover anything private first.
Never send a sign-in code. We will never ask for one.
Common questions
- How do I sign in? I don't have a password.
- There are no passwords. Type your email and the app sends a 6-digit code to it. Enter the code and you are in. The same steps create your account the first time and sign you in after that.
- The code didn't come.
- Give it a minute and check your junk or spam folder. A code works for 10 minutes. If it has expired or still hasn't arrived, tap Send a New Code. If you typed the wrong address, tap Use a Different Email. If none of that works, email us from the address you used.
- How does the weekly look-over work?
- Once a week, on the day and time you picked at setup, the app shows you next week's posts one at a time, the way they will look. For each one tap Looks Good, Skip, or Change. It takes about a minute. Nothing posts unseen: a post you have not looked at does not go out. You can stop partway and finish later from the Summary or Calendar tab.
- What does "a second look at wording" mean?
- Every caption is checked against the advertising rules for your line of work. If something might raise a question, the app highlights those words in orange and often suggests a change. It is a pointer, not a ruling: you read it and decide. The app does not give legal advice.
- Does Loop31 post for me?
- Not yet. Today every post is Post It Yourself: the app gets it fully ready, you tap Share, the caption is already copied, and you paste and post in the app you use. Posting on your behalf, for professional accounts that allow it, is planned for later. Loop31 never posts to a personal account and never asks for its password.
- What does the outside AI service see, if I turn on writing help?
- Only caption text: the caption, the words in it that must stay exact, your line of work, and the tone you picked. Never your name, phone, email, photos, client reviews, or anything about your account. The privacy policy names the companies and lists exactly what goes to them. You can leave writing help off and the app works fully without it.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, open Profile and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to sign in again first, then the screen lists what will be removed. Everything we hold for you goes: your profile, Loops, posts, photos, schedule, and history. The Loop31 album in your Photos app stays, because the app can only add to Photos, not delete from it; remove it yourself if you like. If you can't open the app, email support@loop31.com from the address you signed in with and we will delete the account for you.
- Can I turn off the reminders?
- Yes. Reminders are ordinary iPhone notifications, so you can turn them off in Settings → Notifications → Loop31, or in the app. The app still works; you will just need to open it yourself.
