Terms of use

These are the terms for using the Loop31 app and this website. They are short on purpose. If you have a question about any of them, write to support@loop31.com.

Who we are

Loop31 is made by Compound Coder LLC, an Indiana company. "We" and "us" mean Compound Coder LLC. "You" means the person using Loop31.

Your content is yours

Everything you put into Loop31 (captions, photos, videos, reviews, listing and vehicle details) stays yours. We do not take any ownership of it. You give us permission to store it, show it back to you, and process it only as far as the app needs to in order to work, as described in the privacy policy. When you delete a post or your account, that permission ends for that content.

Caption versions written with the outside AI service, if you turn that on, are yours too, once you keep them.

You are responsible for what you post

Loop31 helps you get a post ready. You decide whether to post it, and the post goes out under your own accounts and your own name. So you are responsible for:

• what your posts say and show, and that you have the right to use the photos and quotes in them;
• following the advertising rules for your line of work, your license state, your brokerage or dealership, and your professional associations;
• following the rules of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Marketplace, or any other place you post.

The app flags wording that may raise questions under those rules, such as payment terms in a car ad or wording that says who a home is for. A flag is a pointer, not a ruling. Loop31 does not give legal advice, does not decide anything for you, and cannot promise that a post follows every rule that applies to you. When in doubt, ask your broker, your dealership's compliance person, or an attorney.

Your social media accounts

Loop31 never asks for the password to a personal Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account and never posts to one. Sharing from the app hands the post to that platform's own app, and what happens after that is between you and the platform.

Use the app as intended

Please do not use Loop31 to post things that are misleading, unlawful, or harmful, to post on someone else's behalf without their permission, or to interfere with the service. We may close an account that is used that way.

The beta

Loop31 is in testing. The service is provided as is, without any promise that it will be free of mistakes, available all the time, or right for your needs. Features may change or be removed while we work on it. To the extent the law allows, Compound Coder LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the app during this period, including a post that did not go out, went out late, or went out with wording that should have been changed. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile, with Delete Account. Everything we hold for you is removed, as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or close an account for misuse of the service or if we stop offering it, and we will tell you if we can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and, for a change that matters, tell you in the app before it takes effect. Using Loop31 after that means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
