Before day 1

One person approves the pilot by name. At a dealership, the general manager or dealer principal, with the group’s OK if the store belongs to one. At a brokerage, the broker-owner or managing broker. For an agent team, the team lead. We set up your team with you, and you invite the people you picked.

Days 1 to 30

Free. No card, and those days never appear on an invoice.

Day 30

A one-page summary in the portal: who posted, how often, which Loops the posts came from, and what the checks flagged. It prints on one page.

Day 31

Your team carries on at $10 a seat a month, billed monthly from that day. Nothing changes for your people: the seats, the people and their history stay. If you’d rather not go on, tell us before then and we end the seats.

• 3 to 10 people. Each one joins on their own, after the app shows them exactly what you’ll see.
• Either of us can end the pilot any day, by email. The seats end that day.
• Each person keeps their own Loop31 account afterwards, to use or delete.
• One free pilot per store, office or agent team.
• Leading an agent team inside a brokerage? Tell your managing broker before it starts. In Indiana, all advertising is under their supervision.
• After it: $10 a seat a month, at least 3 seats, billed to the store, office or team each month. Month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
• iPhone only for now. Loop31 is in beta.

The first stores and offices on a pilot get a say in what Loop31 builds next. There’s no founding discount.
